Can I see any provider?
Yes. But most dental and vision plans work with specific networks of providers and offer you the best benefits if you use an in-network provider. We’ll be happy to help you determine if our plans include your dentist or eye care provider.
Is there a waiting period?
Many dental plans have waiting periods for certain types of procedures. And while vision plans do not typically have waiting periods, the plan benefits may only be available once during a 12 month period.
